Oita Japan from DJ Nave and his family.We then opened our door and realized it was 93 degrees inside the apartment. Thankfully the maintenance immediately came and now the apartment is beginning to cool down.
I love all of the beautiful packaging and little details! I was so excited to see what hidden treasures were awaiting.

I immediately loved this beautiful red origami hair clip. (See picture below... it immediately went into my hair).
I'm going to bring this green clip to my sister P. There were two scrunch hair accessories I will bring one to my niece and one to my youngest M.
This fan is so beautiful!!!! I have to tell everyone that my eyes filled with happy tears and I got cold chills just knowing that I was holding something that came from where my Daddy was born.

I believe this is the tea canister. I love the intricate details and of course that it is covered with a textile. It is delightful and I will treasure it forever.
We have been corresponding for several years now. It has been amazing for me to meet someone the same age and from the same area a world apart. I am enjoying learning about the culture. The friendship feels like an extended family.Thank you so much for this wonderful package and for brightening my world and enlightening me on Oita's beauty.

ReplyDeleteI was so thrilled!!!! I ended up going to bed early with a migraine that I think the extreme heat triggered. Mr. C laughed because the first thing I said this morning is make sure you grab the package so I can look at everything again at the office :D It is all so wonderful.

ReplyDeleteYes we are staying in Montmatre in the red light district... LOL..... ha, ha! I'm so excited. It's funny because I'm nervous but excited because I've always wanted to go there. There is so much to see and do. There is a fabric store that I'm wanting to visit in near the Sacre de Coeur
