When it started getting dark the barking started.
I think losing her eye sight makes her afraid, traveling, at night. The barking would stop if I would shine my phone her way or open the glove box. :(

We drove up on the Blue Ridge Parkway so I could see the sunset and tell the Mountains hello!

Hmmm it was driving down this road
Knowing that we didn't see any of our friends that I would be even more homesick.
Yet we got done what needed to be accomplished.

Good bye mountains....and we WILL see you soon friends. Sorry that we did not call.Sometimes it is good to go on a secret mission and take mementos of home ;)
